Document Preparation by the Hour - $85 - per Hour - Four Hour Minimum 

We offer flat fees for most types of document preparation. However, when your needs are open ended, we offer an hourly rate. We do our best to complete your initial documents within the four hour time block. After the four hour block of time is used, if you need additional services, we will request that you submit additional payment when work is completed and before we release your documents.

A session could be e-filing one document or several.
Rush Charges 

Our usual turn around time from intake to delivery is 7-10 days. We try to accommodate our customers as much as we can. If you have a specific deadline that is less than 7 days, you need to pay for rush charges in addition to the regular document preparation fee. Occasionally, we can waive the rush charge. If we can, we'll do so by sending you an email that specifically states that we are waiving your rush charge.

Single Procedural Form - One Hour $100.

If you need a single procedural form such as a Motion for Continuance or Notice of New Address, we charge one hour of our time.
